  • The Company DOES NOT SUPPORT REFUNDS OR RETURN AS A POLICY. However, under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Company, the Company may allow refunds for Products on a case by case basis after scrutiny & approvals.
  • You need to pay 50 % amount at the time of placing an order. You can pay through paytm or Tez (00000000000) or via any bank transfers.
  • No refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailable and other causes beyond the control of us would not be entertained.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the concerned person is not available for accepting the order at the delivery location, then the order will be canceled and no refund will be made.
  • Any cancellation of the order must be done 8 hours before the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount.
  • A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
  • On delivery time if you find a defective product then we will change the product or refund the money
  • The confirmation message/email will specify items ordered along with a receipt of payment.
  • In case the claim for the refund is accepted for cancellation of order either by the customer or by the company (inability to deliver a product due to company slip up) will be settled at the earliest, as soon as the formal procedure is completed. The time taken for the same will not be more than  7-10 working days
  • Redelivery cannot be possible and you will have to pay all the charges in the following circumstances.
    • Receiver is not available on the given address.
    • Contact details are wrong like your mobile number or receiver number.
    • Wrong delivery address.
    • The receiver is not receiving the phone.
    • Recipient refused the product.
